About Ninon Tantet 
Ninon’s faith in the quality of life that Ojai provides
and the joy it has brought her, are evident in her approach to finding that
“perfect” home for her clients. Her focus on Real Estate in Ojai and Ventura
County has evolved out of her personal experiences.
Ninon grew up in
the horse business, competing in show jumping events. Ninon graduated from the
USC School of Cinema and Television in 1991, and worked in the film business
until late 2003, as a Production Manager and Post Production Producer.
After working on one too many movies for Miramax, Ninon realizing that a change
of lifestyle was mandatory due to health concerns. She and her husband happily
moved to Ojai for the reasons most do - the natural beauty, lifestyle, and
wonderful small town atmosphere. Ninon has quickly become involved in this
special community, volunteering for the Ojai Film Festival and other local
charities, is a Chamber member, and has served as an Arts Commissioner for the
City of Ojai since June of 2004. In late December, 2007, Ninon and her husband
welcomed their first child.
Ninon’s work as a realtor is the
perfect fit for her diverse experiences, skills and passions. Her love of
design, experience with management, and her entrepreneurial philosophy, add a
depth and insight to her client services. Ninon's diverse background has helped
her clients find the properties that best suit their need, whether it be a
"hidden" gem that needs some polish, a large working horse ranch, an Avocado
grove, or an in-town hideaway, she can help you find it.
